Basic policy of the handling of personal information

JPDA handles personal information (e-mail address, address, name, affiliation etc.) acquired through this site as follows.

1. When receiving personal information from users, JPDA shall notify them of the use of such information and obtain their consent. In addition, the personal information provided will be used appropriately within the scope of the purposes with the consent of users.

Based on the results of the investigation, the personal information will be corrected, added and/or deleted within a reasonable period of time and then maintained, updated and managed.
4. JPDA shall pay close attention to the handling of personal information, and its use is strictly limited to clerical staff and regular members, such as Directors and Committee members, who are responsible for the operations of JPDA.
